I felt very bless to get perfect weather for our family birthday celebration at a gorgeous public park with a fenced preschool playground. There were two other families in addition to mine having gatherings at the picnic tables under the large pavilion. Suddenly, a young couple approach me, coming from the direction of the parking lot. The woman was visibly concerned. She asks me if anyone has seen a tiny blue plastic container? Apparently, they had a birthday party for a young child under the same pavilion earlier that morning.
