Everyday Miracles #12: No Loss of Income

It was shortly before Thanksgiving 2023 when my husband was notified that the project that he’d been working on would end, meaning his job would end. Not good news, especially right before the holidays. Fortunately, his company was trying to reassign him, but if they couldn’t find him a new project then he would be out of work by the end of January 2024.

I prayed for God’s intervention in this situation, and particularly that we would not have any loss of income.

Eventually my husband was given an end date for his job. He still didn’t have a position anywhere, which meant we would be without an income soon.

In the evening of 1 February 2024 I prayed, asking Heavenly Father to dispatch angels to deal with this situation and to give my husband a miracle on the very next day that would ensure that he didn’t go without a paycheck.

I did get a miracle! Plus THREE more!!!

1: The next day on Friday 2 February 2024, my husband was notified by his company that they were extending his end date (and his paycheck) by one week.

2: PLUS, the next week they extended him by one more week.

3: PLUS, my husband’s company notified him that he would be paid for some unused vacation days, and today he was.

4: PLUS, my husband was contacted by a bank, informing him that he had a very small pension from a company he had worked for in the 1980s (SERIOUSLY!) that he was unaware of. Apparently, the bank had been trying to locate him and finally found him during this challenging season in his life. The bank issued him a check for back payments.

Some people might believe that it was just a bizarre coincidence that the bank finally located him right at that moment in time. I believe it was an act of God answering my prayers.

This week my husband started a new job that he likes.

The Lord answered my prayers with more-than what I asked Him for. God is sooooo good!
